I was so very excited to put together this Watermelon/Strawberry Party for my munchkins! Summer time is such a fun adventure for all children and I thought it would be nice to get their friends together for a little summer fun and have some great treats too!!
I didn’t do much in ways of thank you gifts or station. Since it wasn’t a birthday party I decided that only a small gift would be needed. I purchased the cutest watermelon and strawberry shaped crayons from My Little Otter. I paired them with some great smelling stickers in little red tins from the $1 section of Target and we were all set! I got the idea of the the paper lanterns in the pot from my sister who just did her daughters party. They were unable to have balloons at the zoo so she made a couple of these in her theme! I’ll have a tutorial and pics from that soon!
I decided to go another route with my glitterized silverware and drill a hole and add ribbon! They went perfectly with my cups of watermelon.
This was as good as it was going to get when it came to photographing the lil munchkin that day! Was TRYING to get her to pose with the 16″ Polka Dot Balloons… Oh well…
All the cute confetti on the tables came from The Pink Poodle Boutique! I love the selection of colors!!
My cookies were bought locally this year from Lily’s Cookies and I think she did an awesome job!
The huge cake toppers are from Edible Details! I still won’t let anyone touch them! They are too pretty!! She did an amazing job with going off of my invitation!
I purchased watermelon popcorn and put in the small clear solo cups and used the cupcake wrappers for the inside! Great use I say! I also printed the watermelons and strawberries and placed on popsicle sticks to be used in various places.
I was super excited to use my ferris wheel cupcake holder again!! I just love this thing! Especially when I get to show off all of Lynlee’s Petite Cakes cupcake toppers too!!
Perfectly simple and sweet strawberry cake pops by My Cake Pop Shop!
I found the cutest hairbows to match the party over at Fancy Bows and she was kind enough to even make me some smaller bows just for the flip flops!
Another fabric bunting I made!!
It was so much fun creating strawberry favor boxes and I was so excited to put them together! I filled them with gumballs and placed them in a basket from Hobby Lobby and I especially love my last minute decision to use the fabric along with the ribbon to tie the top part!
I happened to run across these mini cookies from Just Crumbs and had to have them!!
I hated that I was unable to get good photos of my LaLa in her K Chic Designs necklace and bracelet so I’ll have to have photos done of her in them soon!! But I had to take a snap of it later and add! Isn’t it beyond darling!!!
You can purchase the package with all the printables here!
Many thanks to my awesome party gals who made this party possible!!
